I had some issues during my stay ,but promt and decisive action by team was ABOVE and BEYOND and I was much APPRECIATED. Omik Z and team have natural ability to understand and feel my experiencing, and are able to meet my needs effectively. The whole team is young ,very positive and knowledgeable.
